Little Zurich Kitchen was created by Fran, a Swiss mum of two little ones who lived in London for many years and travelled the world for around three years combined. Wherever Fran travels, she visits the local markets and supermarkets and attends local cooking classes to learn all about the local cuisine. From Sydney’s fish market and its cooking school to rural China’s wet markets and Beijing’s hutong cooking school, to South London’s markets, Indian supermarkets and its local Indian cuisine, Fran is absorbing the sights, smells and tastes of the world whenever she can. During her travels, many lovely people have opened their homes to Fran to teach her their local cuisine in their small, home-based cooking schools. This is such anamazing way to experience how locals live while getting a taste of their food and culture. It has been Fran’s long-lived dream to teach foreigners her own cuisine to enable them to dive deeper into Swiss culture. This is what Little Zurich Kitchen is all about!
